Meet The Staff

We are a caring, friendly team of dental professionals, all committed to providing patients with the most comfortable dental experience. Our team is trained in all forms of high-tech equipment, which sets us apart from many other dental offices. Patients have told us their dental experience here is unlike anything they expected. We believe it's because our staff inspires trust in patients so that they can be more beautifully healthy for a lifetime.

We are excited about what we do, have high standards of quality and integrity, and are motivated to achieve the best results for our patients. All our dental assistants and hygienists are licensed professionals with many hours of training. We pride ourselves on staying on the cutting edge of dentistry and patient communication.

Sarah Meier, RDH

Sarah has been practicing as a dental hygienist for nine years, and patients say she is comfortable, thorough, gentle and funny. Having graduated Summa Cum Laude from Loma Linda University, Sarah has a bachelor's degree in dental hygiene and an associate's degree in human biology. She enjoys teaching, educating, and motivating people to get healthier. Her orange cat Amber waits for her to get home every evening.

Cynthia Parra, RDA

Cynthia has been practicing as a dental assistant for over 12 years and has been a part of our practice for over eight years.  As a chairside assistant, Cynthia enjoys helping patients feel comfortable with dentistry and advanced dental technology.  All of our patients say she is very friendly and caring.  After hours, she enjoys relaxing and spending time with her son. 

Susan Meyers, Office Administrator

Susan has been an integral member of Dr. Eshom’s staff for over 6 years, and enjoys interacting with patients to make their dental experience positive.  Originally from Canada, Susan has lived in California for over 18 years.  In our front office, Susan is in charge of customer service, billing, treatment coordinating, and financial arrangements.  Patients appreciate her positive attitude and her willingness to help.  Outside of the office, Susan is takes courses at the local universities, is an avid diver, and enjoys spending time with her husband.
